The translation doesn't work / timed-out​

Waiting for the response from the translation engine took too much time. You can retry translating later.

Check if the file isn't corrupted and you can open it in other applications. Contact support

Failed to convert file

File is too large for upload​

File upload islimited to 10 MB for public users and 25 MB for registered users. If your file is larger divide it into smaller ones.
