I get “Failed to convert the file” error

Make sure you've turned off "Track Changes" in Microsoft Office documents. Check if the file isn't corrupted and you can open it in other applications. Contact support

I get “Translation timed out” error

Waiting for the response from the translation engine took too much time. Retry by clicking into different segment and then back.
